That includes fitting tubeless rim tape, installing valves, adding fresh sealant, and seating your tyres to get a solid airtight seal. Perfect for road, gravel and mountain bikes – especially if you ride the rugged terrain around Portishead and the South West. Ride lower pressures, reduce flats, and enjoy more grip and comfort. 

If your wheels feel rough when spinning or make clicking sounds, the hub bearings could be worn. We’ll replace them with fresh sealed or loose ball bearings, depending on the hub, and adjust everything for a smooth, free-spinning wheel.

A buckled or wobbly wheel makes riding unpleasant and can damage other components. We’ll tension and realign the spokes to bring your wheel back into shape, improving both performance and longevity.

We’ll remove the tyre and tube, replace the damaged spoke, and tension the wheel so it runs true again. A cost-effective repair for everyday wheel issues.

Snapped a spoke on a tubeless setup? We’ll carefully unseat  your tyre, remove the tubeless tape, replace the spoke, and tension the wheel to factory spec, with minimal sealant mess.We will carefully inspect all other spokes and nipples whilst we're there to ensure you don't have to go through multiple tubeless setups. New rim tape and new sealant may be required.

A knocking front end or stiff steering often means your headset bearings are worn. We’ll remove the old headset, clean the frame, install new bearings and preload the system for silky-smooth handling and confident cornering.
